Idaho House approves education fund loan amendment
Benate Joint Resolution No. 12 proposes amending Section Eleven of Article Nine to empower the State Board of Land Commissioners to loan school funds within Idaho. The measure allows loans on first mortgage of improved farm land or state bonds with safeguards. The question is to be placed on the next general election ballot. Passed the House March 3rd, 1800.
