Updates mention D W Shanafelt relocating to Murray Idaho and various town developments from May to July 1911 including a new meat market, smelter preparations, a bridge bond sale, and court activities with numerous local names attending.
Joe Hill recalls not recruiting boys to work on the survey yet says he compiled names of interested workers and sought assignments. He cites a Boise letter from Albert Smith Jr offering to hire pack horses cooks and outfit for the summer and accuses Smith of failing to keep his word after arranging a full outfit.
In the Probate Court of Custer County Idaho the administratrix with the will annexed for the estate of Peter Burstedt deceased notifies creditors and all persons with claims to present them with vouchers within ten months after the first publication at Bilis Idaho the administratrix residence. Attorney Glennon represents the administratrix dated and first published at Ohaila Idaho on May ith 1011.
The Challis Idaho county board met in special session to open bids for bridge bonds with James N Wright & Company of Denver the chosen high bid. They adjourned to resume road and county matters, appoint viewers for a road to Challis and reviewed receipts and expenditures for the village of Challis for 1911. First publication May 9 1911.
