John Dudley, co-owner, informs John W Garratt of St Louis Maine that under Section 232 of revised statutes he must pay his share of labor and improvements on mining claims in Yankee Fork Mining District Custer County Idaho. Dudley claims Garratt owes 150 dollars plus publication costs 4 dollars and legal fees if not paid within 90 days after publication. First publication January 17 1809.
In the Boise Sentinel, Rev Hendricks claims Mormon church president William Budge of Paris was elected by special revelation as Idaho legislator senator. He alleges Budge is a notorious law-breaker a polygamist and fathered a child with his third wife before the campaign. He urges petitions from Idaho women to block seating.

Notice is given that the partnership between Ruben Jones and William Casto of Custer Idaho has been dissolved. All claims should be presented at the former business location for settlement. William Casto will collect all books and continue the saloon business at the same site. Dated January 12 1999.

The notice states that warrants for Custer County will be identified on presentation with interest to date if presented within sixty days from the date of this notice.
