Located just north west of R N Hull Co's store Challis Tdabo the hotel offers large rooms and good beds for lodging by day week or month with reasonable rates.
In Custer Idaho the Probate Court orders sale of the William J. Treloar ranch comprising 160 unsurveyed acres on Warm Springs Creek. Sale after March 1907 to highest bidder at E J Michaels store Bayhorse or Clerk Challis with ten percent cash and balance on court confirmation. Administrator Geo W Emery announced February 19 1907.
Twenty years ago this month tram news notes Supt H F Powell from Skylark Wm Millick and bride arrived from the East on Friday Mourning and wife of Custer left for the East on a visit. Buckskin mines in Stanley Basin sold to a St. Louis company for 25000. Col Shoup came from Sal men to Challis. Custer Company hired Chas Waller to cut 2000 cords of wood at their mine. Married in Challis Idaho Judge James Burns officiating Dr W A Dodge to Mrs Jennie Dow both of Challis.

Challis Creek February 15 notice corrects February 12 statement about Water Frank Ribblett and county salary. It notes past disallowed bills, a $40 to $50 discrepancy, and records showing Ribblett's bills paid in 1905 1906. It mentions other local items including fashion trends curfew talk and Parker mine update and Representative Clark’s swift recovery.
