Local business men plan a bigger Fall Festival and Free Fair in Rittman October 8 9 and 10 with merchant promotions and many prizes. Free shows each evening include the American Minstrel Maids Fred Welle the Flying Clown and Anion Dekhoven and Farmyard Pets plus rides a cherry-go-round Ferris wheel and other amusements. The Grange and business leaders will display farm products as 20 booths provide exhibits and competitions promising crowds and larger turnout than last year.
