Local eighth graders graduate at Rittman High

A class of 55 completed the eighth grade at Rittman schools during commencement in the high school auditorium on Thursday evening. A program of music and readings preceded the ceremony as certificates were awarded to the graduates.

Esther Hugumin, 82, Dies at Seville Home

Esther Agnes Hugunin aged 82 died Wednesday evening at the home of her nephew J B Critz in Seville where she had lived the last 15 years. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 2 30 p m at the Critz home with A L Ebert in charge. Burial will follow in Seville cemetery.

Funeral services for Mrs Addie Sigler widow of Pardee Sigler were held at the Wonster cemetery chapel in Akron Ohio. The Motor Vehicles Bureau reports that about half of Ohio passenger cars registered as of April 1, 1934 are over five years old. Of 15155,936 registered, 592,968 are over five years old. Wayne County records show 10,007 passenger cars in 1934 with 6134 over five years old.

Funeral Services Held for Miss Ella Clark

Funeral services for Miss Ella Clark, about 75, were conducted at the Seville area funeral home Sunday by Rev. A. F. Stockham of Creston. Miss Clark, an orphan, had lived with the Lawton family of Rittman for four generations and died Friday at their home. Interment followed in Maung Wein.
