Suige McElroy kept busy with criminal and civil matters. James Calahan admitted intoxication and paid a $5 fine. The Doslestown Bank ing Co v Charles Trummel adjourned to May 29. A Jd Rupp set for Wednesday. William Sayles pleaded guilty to malicious destruction of property and received $100 fine plus 30 days in jail or Canton workhouse.
Rittman defeated Barberton Orioles on the local grounds Sunday by TS to 2. Ahdiwell had two bases, Price walked to first, Dull recorded two outs, no double plays. Sigler reached Halliwell, Orioles had four errors, Doll struck out eleven, Price nine. Game lasted one hour forty-five minutes with Umpire Burchain and Scorer Rizer.

Though years away from replacing Miss Hattie Smith, Fredrick Penna Dale’s parents praise the infant highly and refuse to rush the change. The baby’s father died Thursday, and the family shares pride in its arrival as cashier Fredrick Wis handles the rest of the week’s transactions.
Lloyd Pressler son of John Pressler of Pleasant View died at home Sunday evening from acute myocarditis. Funeral services are set for 1 30 P.M. today at the Pressler residence. He was 19 years 9 months and 7 days old. Obituary will appear next week.
