Demps L King Jr and Joseph Fute of Akron told City Council they were humiliated after a Rittman police stop while driving toward Orrville Wooster with a radio antenna on their car. Orrville officers assisted under mutual aid. two Akron men detained 27 minutes before release at 11 40 p m.
