Lions Club hears history of Rittman
Howard Clippinger gave an interesting discussion on the past history of Rittman at a Lions Club meeting last Monday. He traced the town's development from its beginning through the years noting the first railroad and growth of industries and schools. Officers nomination is set for next Monday with election at the first June meeting.

Osborne Named New Rotary President at Rittman
The Rotary club board elected E. W. Osborne as president with Dr. E. R. Alexander as vice president and Robert Freed as secretary. Installation is in July. Tom Young completes his year as president, and Ken Osborne leads the club with planned attendance at the district conference May 18-20 in Akron.

Grace Camp Weds Edward Thompson In Rittman Ceremony
On Sunday afternoon April 20 Miss Grace Camp daughter of Mr and Mrs Byron Camp of Rittman Route died in the family home at 2 30 the double ring ceremony was performed by Reverend W E Price. Grace wore a grey suit with white accessories and a yellow jonquil corsage. Sister Mrs Junior Raff served as matron of honor in a yellow dress with white accessories and a white carnation corsage. Best man was Pat Thompson. A reception followed with about fifty guests. The couple planned a week long trip through southern Ohio Kentucky and West Virginia and will reside in Rittman. Grace is employed as a clerk at Breneman Brothers Grocery.
