Village of Ridwyn approves West Ohio Avenue improvement
The Ridwyn council enacts an ordinance to proceed with widening West Ohio Avenue from N 1st Street to Clover Street and an alley between N 4th and N 5th Streets. It authorizes sanitary sewers and manholes, a central tank, and extended connections to serve adjacent lots, with cost borne by assessments and bonds.
