A serious fire in the Realty block apartments of W B Weaver was halted when the family found smoke and a missing child. Little Robert Weaver, left briefly alone, likely ignited matches into a waste basket causing fire damage but minimal harm. The blaze was quickly extinguished with help from the Press office force.

Death by Own Action At Salt Company Plant
