Keeler will replace Clark Michaels who left Rittman last year. PCA ties noted as sponsor and new fees rising from 45 to 600 dollars per year. County Farm Bureau studies countywide numbering plan
Wayne Farms Bureau advisory groups met in Wooster to discuss a countywide numbering system to aid emergency response and mail delivery. Barry Stephens of Ohio Bell Telephone contributed that Mahoning County should be fully numbered by year end. Merle Ladeach, a farmer near Rittman, stated the plan would involve counting the community blocks and roads and that county officials support it. The planning commission, sought by the Commissioners, will oversee rural growth with a representative for every 3,000 people.
