The Rainbow Chaser and the Safe Path to Savings
A tale contrasts a persistent saver who builds a life of security with a man who pursues instant riches. The steady saver buys a home, rents the tile house, pays taxes, and builds savings. The other chases mining shares and grand promises, ends discouraged, blaming luck. The message promotes a government savings plan as safe and workable.

Tile Chute Aids Tile Unloading On Farm Drainage
Lee L Walker of Loramco farm devised a home made tile chute to unload and lay tiles along a ditch line. The device uses a 2 by 6 eight foot trough with edge boards and a tail rope attached to the wagon, rolling on wheels to distribute 34 000 tiles over 20 acres of garden land. Extension engineers expect the idea to work and will test a wheel less version to slide along ground.
