A new Essex car driven by Warren Weaver of Sterling skidded in heavy rain on South Court street, rolled over several times, and crashed into a telephone pole near the George Simmerman home. Weaver was jailed for driving while intoxicated and fined 50 dollars. his passenger Maun Exum sustained cuts and bruises and was treated, then sent to a Medina home.
