John Pappas a Greek employee of Olio Salt Co fought with William Conrad near Bechtel restaurant on Saturday noon, punching Conrad in the face and disturbing police. He was arrested by Mayor Shackleford, fined 10 dollars plus 21 dollars costs, and released. A second arrest was described but details were disputed by The Press.
