Two Men of District Earn Last Naturalization Papers
John Wilfred Walker of Rittman and Steve Selotta of Doylestown were granted final naturalization in Judge Walter Mougey's common pleas court at Wooster Tuesday. New Girl Scout Troop Attracts 11 Youngsters

WPA sewer workers strike over lack of fire on job
WPA sewer crew from Doylestown and Easton walked off the Cotlege storm sewer project after two hours citing the absence of a nearby fire. Foreman Al Branstetter ordered out the fire when he returned, leading Logan Harpster and others to lead a strike with WPA director Laxter Turner announcing no further work for the day.
