Solons Meet in Extra Session Over Main Street Plan
The council met in an extra session Monday at 8 30 with members Frederick Mougey Brenneman Smith and Sigler present. They discussed widening Main streets and arranged to view the street with property owners on New Year’s Day to pursue settlement by negotiation or condemnation. The curfew ordinance passed after suspending the rules. The meeting adjourned at 9 59 to reconvene Tuesday Jan 7 due to a lecture program.
