The school library remains underutilized with only one non pupil or teacher using it. It offers a wide range of magazines and books on politics travel art science and more and urges public interest. Readable lists include Christianity and Racialism The Crime of Ethyl Gasoline and others. The library is free and sessions are Monday and Wednesday evenings 7 to 9 with possible after school hours for children.

D M Yoder Dies After Long Wayne County Life
D M Yoder longtime resident near Rittman died suddenly at home on Monday morning from heart trouble. He was born December 31 1839 and died December 1 1924 at age 85 years 11 months and 1 day. Funeral services were held Thursday at 1 P M with burial at Smithville. Survived by wife four daughters Cora Hazel Verna Orr Anna and three sons Ezra G G Yoder and another Yoder, eight grandchildren. Local friends extend sympathy.

Grange met Friday evening November 28 in regular session with good attendance. Election of Trustees and Fair Manager were discussed.
