Second carnival draws large crowd and lively bands
A crowded park and streets Saturday night hosted the second carnival of the season. Thousands enjoyed mime acts, amusements, and music from the Creston Dannl Fulton Hut thn and Sterling band as well as substitution for the Seville band. The event featured a German Kaiser imposter behind a wire screen, a lively merry go round, and substantial profits from stalls. The next carnival is planned for Creston Saturday night with four bands reported.
