Mrs Frank A. Smith, 73, died Tuesday morning at Wadsworth Hospital after a two week illness. Surviving are two daughters Mrs Otto Boyer of Seville and Mrs Martha Rickerard of Detroit. She lived in Rittman until nine years ago when she and Mr. Smith moved to Wadsworth. Both were stockholders in Rittman Realty Co. Funeral services set for Thursday at 2 30 p m at Hilliard Funeral Home, Wadsworth.

Troop 405 Collects Four Tons Of Waste Paper
Scoutmaster Vernon Phillips and Fred Robinett led Troop 405 boys to the midget races at the Akron Rubber Bowl as a reward after a waste paper drive. They collected 8200 pounds, adding 41 dollars to the troop treasury, and thanked Rittman residents for their cooperation.
