Mrs Alice Wolfe Dies in Wisconsin
Mrs Lawrence Wilmot was informed that Mrs Alice Wolfe formerly of Rittman died at her sister’s home in Ellsworth Wisconsin. She had been bedfast since December and was interred at St Paul Minnesota last Sunday. A member of the Women’s Benefit Association Daughters of America and United Brethren church she made many friends through her church work and association.

Dry Workers of Wayne County Meet in Wooster
A Sunday meeting of the Dry Workers of Wayne County was held at the United Presbyterian church in Wooster at 2 40 p m Sunday April 10. Dr J H Spencer county commit presided with 110 attending including 14 from Milton township led by Mrs G H Cuppinger of Rittman. The Key Man and Key Woman from each township formed a nominations committee and elected A G Andrews Wooster county chairman J H Fisher Rittman vice chairman H C James Franklin township secretary and George N Coffey Wooster treasurer. All but four townships were represented. V A Schrale Tols Canton representing the Anti Saloon League spoke. The group aims to recruit township and precinct workers and the meeting adjourned with prayer by Rev Spencer.
