Mrs. Clark Beeson aged 47 died quite suddenly Monday morning at her Richardson street extension home. She woke to build breakfast then felt ill and passed away before responding to her husband. Survived by husband and four children. Funeral held Tuesday at 3 PM from the residence, Rev. C. L. Ruth officiating. interment in Oakwood Cemetery.
Mrs. Nannie Bowman and family visited W. L. Smith and W. L. Stamey relatives Sunday June 9 traveling in Mr Bowman's Piedmont car. Bowman farm near the city and Old Trinity were revisited with memories from 1859. Sever negro selectmen were en trained yesterday. The white increment for June will follow next week.
