Mrs Potts Dead at 46 in Springfield
Mrs Rufina Potts wife of Lewis Potts died at her home one mile west of the city yesterday from organic heart disease. She was 46 and survived by her husband and three sons. Funeral services were held at Springfield this morning conducted by Rev Sylvester Newlin.

A. O. P. Teague, among the oldest Abbott's Creek residents, died Monday night in his 90th year. He had been a 65 year member of the Primitive Baptist church at Abbott's Creek. Survived by three daughters and one son, his funeral was held at the old church and burial followed in the cemetery.
