City Council of High Point adopts memorial resolutions for W R Edmonds former Municipal Court judge who died January 21 1915 in New Mexico. They praise his public service strong character and judicial temperament and note publication to papers and delivery to his wife and family.

Rev. Dr. B. W. Mebane, well known Presbyterian minister, died Friday morning in Mt. Airy after a long illness. He resigned the First Presbyterian church pastorate at Eatonton, Georgia last summer and returned to his Mt. Airy home. He was 64 years old.
