Lightstone project gains CB6 conditional approval on Bond Street
The Lightstone Group wins conditional Community Board 6 approval for three towers on Bond Street near the Gowanus Canal. A supplemental Environmental Impact Statement is requested to boost 30 percent affordable housing, lower height, and push a full rezoning study by the DCP.
