Questions Remain In Police Shooting After Special Operation
A 76th Precinct special unit ended with Tyjuan Hill 22 shot dead after allegedly threatening officers with a loaded gun. Hill lived at 626 Clinton Street with his mother Carol Hill. The operation named Losing Proposition targeted prostitution clients with stakeouts at Huntington and Henry Streets. Police noted foot bridges over Hamilton Avenue as common stakeout sites.
