Big Idea Week Brings STEM Innovation to PS 15
PS 15 hosted its first Big Idea Week with fourth graders split into problem solving groups. Mentors from Brooklyn Bridge Park, Pensa, Biolite and others guided projects from an automated dogwasher to a solar powered air conditioner and a doorbell replacing app. Students presented slides and drawings, fielded questions, and a follow up event featured the Red Hook Star Revue on May 8.
