Good Shepherd Services Maintains Red Hook Outreach History
Good Shepherd Services, born in 1947 in New York City, evolved from a residential program for young women to a citywide effort aiding homeless youths and dropouts. It runs two Manhattan centers for up to two years, supports South Brooklyn Community High School with DOE partnership, and collaborates with Red Hook partners on GEDs, internships, and youth programs such as Digital Boot Camp.
