Transcontinental Trip Drift and Quiet Tension Among Riders

In a sweltering car with Hal, Barry, Mrs Pulsipher, and Kerrigan, conversations drift from travel tales to glimpses of romance as Hal frets over unease and a dog named Doc Caligari. Cracked humor from Crack and the wary, observant Trafford girl deepen the undercurrent while Kerrigan offers quiet, wry reflections on experience and life. The journey progresses through hot countryside with the clock’s creak spurring a tense moment when an alarm interrupts a tense calm.

Objects seen through the glass appear greenish blue due to color shift. The glass aims to reduce room heat from sunlight without sacrificing daylight.
