Farmer Killed In Runaway Near Weippe
The body of Willis Dillon, 24, was found frozen to the ground in an overturned hack with a team that had run away. Coroner Wayne Herres said Dillon died of a broken neck, accident likely occurred about dark last night. Mrs Ruth Wyatt discovered the scene near the Weippe schoolhouse. Dillon’s family lives in Orofino. he had been staying with his grandfather Charles Long.
