The firm must complete by Sept 1 or face $10 daily forfeiture and must guarantee 70 degree heat at 1401 Fahrenheit, with semi monthly payments and a 10 percent retainage. Forty Mile Speeders Fined In Bowling Green Chase

Workman Beheaded Near Milbury After Rail Line Death
The body of George Rossiter was found beside the Milbury railroad east tracks Saturday morning. His head was severed and his right shoulder and both arms broken. A watch and ten dollars were taken from him. Time of death unknown. frost on the body suggests early evening. Rossiter lived with John Lotman after his mother's death and had long worked on the Milbury section. Funeral was held Monday.
