W. H. Delaney a carpenter of 8 North Jackson Street is charged with malicious damage to Mrs. J. H. King’s automobile after disturbance from a motor. He was taken into custody last night and posted bond to appear in inferior criminal court next Monday. Delaney allegedly removed bolts with a screwdriver and defaced the car and used abusive language.
