William Powell 16 Damaged Diving in Shallow Water

Physician for Insane May Die as Result of Assault
Dr. G G Hawkins of Eastern State Hospital for Insane Williamsburg is in critical condition after a patient at the Williamsburg institution attacked him with a nine pound window weight.
