Robbery at Church and St Emanuel hits Mobile business owner
Mobile Art Glass proprietor John Schroeder reports being robbed of about $4 800 in cash at the corner of Church and St Emanuel streets after alighting from a Louisiana and Mississippi train. Two white men, one tall and one small, confronted him with a pistol and searched him for the wallet containing mostly $100 bills. Police and sheriff's officials are investigating but have no lead as of this afternoon.
