Davis William Barnett Dixon Byrd Pine Brook W T Tanner Rufus Gartman C G Miller John Reeves and Mrs Lazzie Tim appeared in the inferior criminal court Wednesday charged with violating the cattle tick eradication law. A judge announced he would not try additional cases until the tick cases are disposed of and the listed cases were continued until November 18.
