He leaves four daughters Mrs John T McDonald Mrs J G Bennett Mrs Herman Rieken Mrs H M Boulemet one son Jeff D McGraw and three grandsons and six granddaughters. A court order requires railways to set export cotton rates at no more than 3 cents per 100 pounds for shipside delivery from Mobile stations to docks or wharves served by defendants.
