The wedding of Miriam Gup, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. M. Gup, to Max Fry took place last evening at 8:30 at the bride’s parents home, 811 St. Francis street. The decor featured summer roses and azure ribbons with a snowy home altar beneath palm arches.
The ceremony featured a hushed front room where mahogany pedestals supported silver candelabra as Lohengrin's march played. Rabbi A. Moses led the service with the groom, his best man Mr. Louis Fry of Natchez, and the bride's two brothers as part of the bridal train.
