Judge Sollie Urges Constitutional Reform Against Monopolies
In Montgomery Alabama Judge Mike Sollie of the Third Circuit argues monopolies control a quarter of US wealth and could amass sixty trillion in 100 years at 8 percent. He urges constitutional amendments to deem some monopolies illegal and to curb quasi public service holdings. Sollie cites the need to reform tariffs monetary policy pensions and the law itself to end the “infernal system.” He calls for bold action before courts’ life tenurelocks future policy. Sollie resides in Ozark.
