Kansas judge vows woman juries as deputy struggles

The dry room of the Mobile Column Company on Three Mile Creek near Telegraph Road was totally destroyed by fire Friday morning around 12 40. Adjoining mill property was saved thanks to volunteers who responded. Police and fire units from Beauregard and Royal streets initially attended before determining the blaze was out of limits. Total loss estimated at about $2000.
