Five Bodies Found in Ruins of Residence
East Bourne Aug. 19 Captain Nicks Murray of the Gordon Highlanders killed his two young daughters wounded his wife then died by his own hand in a suspected insane act. Five bodies were found in the Murray home ruins with a fire destroying the house. The wounded wife wandered the street screaming for her children. A letter left by Captain Murray spoke of ruin and a request for burial with his dependents. One body remained unidentified.
