Lee College Confederate Ball Planned at KC Hall

Mary Karen Lyon announced at the Student Council meeting that the Lee College Confederate Ball will be held May 14 at the Knights of Columbus Hall. The Sixpence may perform, with Hootenanny on April 7 featuring four to five groups from Sand Mountain Houston. Field Day is set for April 21 with softball volleyball relays swimming races and sack races. Senior Night was praised as the best ever by Dean Alton Laird.

Final Log Copy Shipped and Autograph Party Planned

The 1966 Lee Log edition has shipped to Taylor Publishing in Dallas and will arrive around May 7. Mary Karen Lyon says 725 copies may be distributed via the Student Union autograph event limited to 1966 Log owners with refreshments and viewing time.
