Dean Announces Honor Roll For Fall
Dean Walter Rundell announced the fall semester honor roll at Lee College led by Jack Bargainer Norman Miles and Glenn Taylor all in their first semester with A or A plus grades in a full load. Miles and Taylor won scholarships based on high school records.

Teacher Added To Business Staff At Lee College
Mrs Ruby Gray Goodwin joined the Business Administration faculty as a part time shorthand teacher at the start of spring semester. A charter member of Lee College staff she first worked in the registrar's office from 1934 to 1943.

Local Seniors Visit Lee College For Basketball and Tour
Over 200 seniors from ten area high schools visited Lee College on February 9 for a campus tour and a basketball game against South Texas. Under Reb Belles, groups toured the main building before attending the SC gym game and a Student Council sponsored after party. A guest list included students from Crosby Dayton Deer Park Galena Park and other schools.
