Dorm director previews Montet leadership at LC
Ummel reports Montet spends more time in the dorm than the previous director and can spot trouble early. A student advisory board will form in October with elected officers to build leadership and provide players a peer channel beyond coaches. If dorms fail, consideration of athletes housing allowances off campus may be explored, a move coaches oppose to maintain control. A preliminary committee report is due before LC Regents on October 20.
