A random Baytown area survey of 203 responses from 1000 mailed surveys measures public knowledge of LC. Results show 54.9 percent feel well informed, 13.6 percent rate LC highly, and 56.5 percent call LC satisfactory. Data set to be compared with a leaders survey to follow.
