Celebration of Abilities Week Highlights Disabilities Awareness
The Disabled Student Services Organization sponsored Celebration of Abilities Week to raise positive awareness of people with disabilities. Rosemary Coffman noted the events went well during March 4 to 8, including a disability-themed film festival two guest speakers a reception for Dean Dennis Topper and a wheelchair basketball game. Coffman cited Topper's reception and the wheelchair game as the week’s two largest turnout events.
