Off Duty Trooper Kills Man At College Party
Lee College athletes and many LC students attended a party at The Willows Apartments clubhouse in Baytown. Tyrone Earl Henry, 21, was found dead from a chest wound. James C. Lucky, 21, an off duty DPS officer living at The Willows, allegedly intervened to calm a disturbance but witnesses dispute his claim. Police have not confirmed if Lucky was summoned or acted independently.
