Former Lee College student found safe after eight day search
David Wilson, a former Lee College student reported missing after Easter, called family Tuesday to say he was safe. He had not contacted relatives since April 12 when a roommate reported he failed to pick up a ride home. Police and volunteers had searched Houston and Baytown with around $6,000 in reward money later returned. Wilson had studied at Lee College in 1988 and 1990 before transferring to Southwest Texas State University.

A Lee College Press Club survey of 119 participants during Spring Fling shows 82 had sex without a condom and 40 felt at risk for HIV. Most want AIDS information and condom vending in restrooms, while monogamy understanding confused respondents and only a few returned condom packages.
