St Paul May 7 At a reg ular meeting of the board of managers of the State prison today at Stillwater unanimous action was taken in favor of paroling Cole and James Younger now serving life sentences. The Younger brothers have been in Stillwater since 1876 for the Northfield Minnesota bank robbery and the murder during that raid. The James gang included Jesse and Frank James who escaped to Missouri. Bob Younger died in prison.
