Herder Henry Stager Found Dead Near Watts Ranch
Paul Watts discovered his 46 year old cousin Henry Stager dead in a quaking aspen grove near the Watts sheep camp three miles from the George Watts ranch on Ham Fork. Coroner J Fitzpatrick and Wade Watts moved the body to Kemmerer and Salt Lake City for burial. Postmortem showed a broken neck. death likely occurred Friday with dog at scene delaying discovery. Stager had been employed by Watts for twelve years and lived nearby.

Railroad Men Break Quarantine in Montpelier
Seventy two railroad workers quarantined in two pullman cars at Montpelier yards left their improvised shelter on Sunday.
