Plowing Prohibited On Public Highways Under New Law
The last legislature enacted a law banning plowing on public highways without road overseer direction. Violators face fines from five to twenty eight dollars. The road overseer must report violations to the county attorney or risk a misdemeanor with penalties from ten to fifty dollars.
